Like festive shopping from the comfort of your own home?
 

Items bought between the 15th of November until the 24th of December 2023 can be returned until the 31st of January 2024. 

Items bought in-store need to be returned in a store as well.

Doing your gift shopping online?
 

In all orders placed from the 15th of November we include a special "gift" sticker. Apply it to your present and loved ones can exchange the item in store without a receipt.

Don't miss the last day for festive deliveries!
 

To make sure that you get your purchase in time to gift it to your loved ones, you can find the last order dates for pre-holiday deliveries below. Place your order before noon (12 pm) to be absolutely sure to receive it in time.
