Items bought between 1st of November until 24th of December 2022 can be returned until 31st of January 2023. 

Items bought in store need to be returned in a store as well.

Doing your gift shopping online? In all orders placed from the 18th of November we include a special ‘gift’ sticker. Apply it to your gift and loved ones can exchange the item in store.

Don't miss the last day for Christmas delivery!

To make sure you get your purchase in time for your loved ones, here are the last order dates for pre-Christmas delivery. Place your order before 12 pm to be absolutely sure to have it in time.
