QUALITY PRODUCTS

Our main responsibility is to create quality products

While we promise to create outstanding garments that our customers can wear and value for many years, this comes at an environmental cost. Therefore, offering a responsible product range is central to our responsibility ambitions. This work involves several elements, including elevating design and craftsmanship, making responsible material choices, and offering repair and resale.

Design and craftsmanship

We intend to make products with a long life that will become wardrobe staples - products that you will cherish and take good care of, repair if necessary, and sell when you want to part ways with them.

Extending a product’s life is the best way to lower its impact. We put a strong focus on quality control to ensure that our products can stand the test of wear and reuse. All styles are fitted, adjusted, and checked in-house to guarantee that fits, silhouettes, and quality standards are met. These efforts have brought claims on products down to 0,3%.

Repair and resell

We craft our products to have multiple lifecycles and live beyond their first owner. To encourage our customers to prolong the life of their garments we have provided an extensive Wash Care Repair guide.

Our stores collaborate with local tailors and shoemakers to assist with repair and adjustment needs and can do smaller in-store repairs if needed. Through our circular project RE:initiative, flawed and returned items and leftover fabrics are repurposed and sold in flagship stores. Our latest innovation, the RESELL TAG®, is one of many initiatives we are launching to deliver the perfect resale package for our customers.

Responsible materials

The materials we use define both the quality of our products and our impact on the planet, and we recognise that we must consider and prioritise both. To do so, we have invested in an ambitious Material Strategy.

Our Material Strategy outlines which materials we identify as responsible based on their impact on people, the environment, and animal welfare. Based on our strategy, we have set responsible material targets for 2024, 2026, and 2030, focusing on the use of certified, traceable, and recycled materials. To achieve these targets, we are certified and licensed to use the following standards:
