Returns made in store are always free for all customers. Please note that returns cannot be made in our concession stores.

We offer a return service with GLS to the following countries, for an easy and hassle-free return:

• Belgium
• Denmark
• Finland
• Germany
• Netherlands
• Sweden

When returning an order from these countries by using our return service with GLS, a return fee will be deducted from the refund, when handled at our warehouse. We do not offer a return service with GLS for other countries than the ones listed above. If you have ordered from another country, you are responsible to arrange and pay for the postal service and have the parcel securely delivered to our warehouse.

Please remember always to ask for proof of purchase, to keep record that the parcel was sent to us.
