Our stores are more than just retail spaces, they are the primary physical touchpoint that our customers have with Samsøe Samsøe. It is for this reason that our stores are designed to reflect our brand identity – minimalist, Scandinavian, contemporary, and with attention to detail. Furthermore, the layout and furnishings of our stores are carefully curated to provide a blank canvas for our collections to be presented on – our styles are front and centre.

BECOME A BRAND AMBASSADOR

Our stores are not only a physical touchpoint for customers – they are where our Retail teams become the face of Samsøe Samsøe. By welcoming and assisting guests in person, our store employees act as true ambassadors of our brand. As we grow and, occasionally, look for new ambassadors across different positions, we also look within our existing teams for talent ready to take on greater responsibility. Many of our Store Managers have followed this path, beginning as Sales Advisors and gradually taking on more responsibility as they developed their skills and ambition.

SALES ADVISOR

The Sales Advisor role is where many employees begin their journey at Samsøe Samsøe. Whether part-time or full-time, your main responsibility is to maximise the store’s sales by guiding guests in finding the pieces that best suit their preferences and style. By ensuring a welcoming energy and excellent service, you help drive the store’s sales and create a positive experience for every visitor. Keeping the store presentable is also essential, which includes maintaining tidiness throughout the day. At times, you will also unpack deliveries and prepare items for the shop floor.

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

The Assistant Store Manager role is the natural next step for experienced Sales Advisors at Samsøe Samsøe who want to grow their career in fashion retail. Building on strong sales and service skills, the Assistant Store Manager supports the daily operations and performance of the store. This includes training employees, delegating tasks, assisting with recruitment, planning shifts, and managing stock. As the Store Manager’s right hand, the role also involves taking full responsibility for the store whenever the Manager is not present, making ownership and reliability essential.

STORE MANAGER

If you thrive in leading a team and understand what it takes to run a high-performing fashion store, you already have the mindset of a Store Manager at Samsøe Samsøe. Many of our Managers have grown within the company – starting as Sales Advisors or Assistant Store Managers – while others bring experience from outside. As a Store Manager, you oversee the store’s overall performance, from delivering great guest experiences on the sales floor to handling scheduling, recruitment, and daily operations. You play a key role in building an empowering team culture where Sales Advisors can succeed.
