On 11 June, we co‑hosted the debut exhibition of documentary photographer Skye Jones. The private viewing took place at Wild Trumpets Gallery in London and served as an intimate gathering of industry tastemakers, as well as friends of Jones and Samsøe Samsøe, to enjoy drinks and celebrate her vision.

Skye Jones is a documentary photographer who works entirely with film and hand printing in the darkroom. Her images center on desert landscapes and the people who inhabit them, stretching from her home in the American Southwest to her Bedouin roots in Saudi Arabia. The work draws parallels between these cultures, with horses serving as a recurring motif that bind these themes together

Skye began photographing at thirteen, studied Photography & Imaging at NYU, and has since nurtured the medium as a private, lifelong practice.
