The Samsøe Søciety is our membership programme that awaits you with many exclusive benefits. The membership consists of two different levels and each arrives with its own set of benefits.
The membership is completely free to you and there is no monthly or annual fee.
Becoming a member of the Samsøe Society is very simple. You can create your account here and will automatically become a member. Already have an account? Congratulations, you are already a member of the Samsøe Søciety and can make use of all of its benefits!
Each level offers a different set of benefits with new ones added as you progress to the next level. You can find an overview of all benefits here.
There are two different levels: Community and Friends. When you sign up, you automatically start at the Community level and can reach the next level by collecting points. Each level offers a different set of benefits with new ones added as you progress. When you reach the Friends level, you will also receive an exclusive Celebration Voucher.
If you want to get to the next membership level, the way to do so is by collecting points. You can collect points through a variety of different actions and will need to reach a certain amount of points for each level. You can find more information about the points needed for each level here.
Points expire within 24 months. If you are on the Friends level, your points expire, and you end up below the point threshold of 10,000 points, you will be downgraded to the Community level. But don't worry, we will let you know before this happens.
If you are on the Community level, you don't have to worry about downgrading, as everyone who is a part of the Samsøe Søciety is on this level.
Yes, you will need an account to use your membership fully. You can collect points without an account and will receive a link to our Early Access to Sale via email if you are subscribed to our newsletter. In order to use vouchers you need to have an account and be logged in.

If you aren't a member yet, you need to subscribe to our newsletter to create your membership account as well as to receive your Welcome Voucher. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in the footer of our newsletters.
For the best membership experience, we recommend that you are subscribed to our newsletter. Most of the membership benefits such as early access to Sale, invitations to brand events, and vouchers will be communicated through our newsletter – so make sure not to miss out!
You can collect points with purchases that are made online or in one of our own Samsøe Samsøe stores. Please note that it is sadly not possible to collect points or use vouchers at our retailers.
You can use your membership in all countries that Samsøe Samsøe ships to. You can also collect points in all of our physical stores. Please note that, depending on the currency, the number of points you receive for each purchase may vary.
You can cancel your membership at any point by deleting your customer account. Please note that you will lose all of your collected points, benefits, and vouchers when you cancel your membership. You can find out more about this in our Membership Terms & Conditions.
You can collect points to get to the next membership level through a variety of different actions – such as buying products in our webshop, subscribing to our newsletter, making returns in-store, and more. You can find a full list of all the ways to collect points here.
Please note that it may take up to 30 days from the purchase or the action for the points to be added to your profile.
Please note that it may take up to 30 days for you to receive your Celebration Voucher after making your first purchase or reaching the next level.
Your points will be valid for 24 months. This means that points you have earned will expire 24 months after earning them and your overall balance will change alongside this.
You will receive a Welcome Voucher after your first purchase on the Community level, as a 'thank you' for becoming part of our Samsøe Søciety. This voucher has a monetary value that differs across currencies.
Additionally, we want to celebrate the first time that you reach the next level. This is why you will also receive a voucher when you upgrade to Friends level.

Should you have added your birthday in your membership profile, you will receive an exclusive Birthday Voucher from us once your birthday is around the corner. The value of this voucher depends on the level of your membership. You can add your birthday to your profile at any time – and you will even receive points for doing so!

From time to time, we will offer exclusive vouchers to our members. These could be for specific categories of clothing and accessories or for seasonal collections.
Usually, you will need your original receipt when you return at our store. As a member, you can return your purchases without a physical receipt, as we can find your purchase through your membership account.
Yes, you will receive exclusive Early Access to our Sales and Promotions, meaning that you will get to shop them before they open to non-members. As soon as Early Access opens, you will receive an exclusive link via email or you can shop the Sale while being logged into your account.
From time to time, we will offer styles that only members can purchase. These limited edition designs will, for example, commemorate special occasions such as one of our pop-ups and will exclusively be available online.
Before our new collections officially launch, you will be able to get a first look of them. This means that you will be able to see some of the styles already and receive behind the scenes insights into the campaign that we have created to showcase them.
As part of our membership, you will receive exclusive invitations to local events like pop-ups and more. Please note that this is a local offer only and we sadly do not cover any costs for accommodation or travelling.
