Measure straight around the widest part of the head
Neck
Measure straight around the neck, where your shirt collar is usually placed
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of chest/bust with arms relaxed
Waist
Measure tightly around the smallest part of waist while stomach is relaxed
Hip/seat
Measure around the fullest part of seat while standing with your legs together
Inseam
Measure inside the length of your leg from crotch to floor
Shoulder to shoulder
Measure straight across from shoulder to shoulder
Arm length
Measure from the point of your shoulder to the wrist bone
Length from high point shoulder
Measure from the point on your shoulder where the neck ends and as long as the product indicates
Foot length
Place your foot flat on the floor, and measure from the back of your heel to the front of your toe
