Select Click & Collect and pick your order up after 4 hours.
When you’re selecting “Click & Collect” as your delivery method, you can pick up your order from a store of your choice, as long as the item(s) you have ordered are in stock at that store. At checkout, you will be able to see which stores are available for your order to be picked up from. You can collect your order during the stores opening hours. Want same day pick-up? Just place your order 4 hours before your chosen store closes.
You will receive an email and SMS when your order is ready for pick-up.
Please note that your Click & Collect order needs to be collected within 5 business days. Should you not pick it up within this time period, we will cancel your order and the item(s) will become available for other customers again.

Find the item(s) you like and add them to your bag on samsoe.com.
Go to checkout and choose “Click & Collect” as your shipping method. Then, from the drop-down menu, simply select the store that you’d like to pick your order up from. (As long as the item(s) you have ordered are in stock at that store).
Pay the order online.
When you order is ready you will receive a notification via email and SMS.
