Items bought from the 9th of November 2025 can be returned until the 31st of January 2026. 

Items bought in-store need to be returned in a store as well. 

Should your loved ones want to return the present after the holidays, you can do so for them! Simply return the gift via our online return portal or by bringing it to the store with the order confirmation.

To make sure that you get your purchase in time to gift it to your loved ones, you can find the last order dates for pre-holiday deliveries below. Place your order before 11 am to be absolutely sure to receive it in time.
